Telemarketer (Part-Time)
Description
NETMARKS Singapore is an associate company of Uniadex Ltd Japan. We provide network infrastructure services to customers both in Singapore and throughout Asia. Our range of services covers IP LAN network systems, data centre virtualisation, Storage, Security and Cloud solutions. We are inviting qualified candidate to fill the position as Telemarketer. Alexandra area, contract period of 3-6 months. Work hours are 2-5pm.
Job Responsibilities
• Cold calling, perform outbound calls to introduce and promote products and services
• Receive and respond appropriately to the inbound calls and email enquiries
• Email EDM and lead generation campaigns
• Call prospective clients to fix appointments
• Meet weekly call performance
• Maintain accuracy of the calls records
• Maintain and improve data integrity of records stored in the excel data base
Skills
- Familiar with HubSpot/CRM
- Interpersonal skills such as good communication
Qualifications
- Experienced in cold calling/lead generation for IT solutions
- Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
